Approach

Every business I work with is different, but the underlying patterns are often the same. A business owner overwhelmed by decisions that should be delegated. A team growing faster than the processes meant to support it. Performance data that exists somewhere but never reaches the people who need it.

I think in systems. I look for the connections between strategy, operations, and finance that others treat as separate problems, then design solutions that address the root cause rather than the symptoms. The result is not a slide deck. It is infrastructure that works when I am no longer in the room.

Background

I started at UBS in Zürich, first in investment banking and then in wealth management, where I learned how high-performing organisations actually function. That led me into boutique sustainability consulting and scaling operations in SMEs, where I specialised in stepping into complex environments and building the structure that makes them work.
